Grace Chong, D.O., attended medical school at the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, Pennsylvania and completed her Internal Medicine residency at Lehigh Valley Health Network in Allentown, PA. She completed her fellowship in Nephrology at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. Dr. Chong is Board Certified in Nephrology and Internal Medicine by the American Board or Internal Medicine, and is also a Certified Hypertension Specialist by the American Hypertension Specialist Certification Program. She joined Valley Kidney Specialists, PC in 2023.
