Frederick Fleszler, M.D., FACP

Frederick S. Fleszler, M.D. graduated from Universidad Central de Venezuela - Caracas, Venezuela. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency and two year Fellowship in Nephrology at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia. Dr. Fleszler is an Assistant Professor of Medicine for Morsani College of Medicine, University of South Florida. Ravindra Bollu, M.D.

Dr. Bollu graduated from Andhra Medical College at King George Hospital. He completed his residency at University of Connecticut and Nephrology fellowship at New York Medical College. He also completed a fellowship in Transplant Nephrology at University of Virginia. Dr. Bollu is Assistant Professor of Medicine for Morsani College of Medicine, University of South Florida. He is currently serving as the Chief of Transplant Nephrology at Lehigh Valley Hospital and is the Medical Director of the South Allentown Kidney Clinic. Shawn M. Hazlett, D.O.

Shawn M. Hazlett, D.O. graduated from Mansfield State University and Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency at Temple University-Scranton and two year Fellowship in Nephrology at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh. Dr. Hazlett is Medical Director of the Easton dialysis clinic. He is an Interventional Nephrologist at Valley Access Center, located in Bethlehem and is certified by the American Society of Diagnostic and Interventional Nephrology. Eric J. Fels, D.O., FACP

Dr. Fels graduated from Dickinson College and Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his internship at Delaware Valley Medical Center and his residency and fellowship at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. Dr. Fels is an Assistant Professor of Medicine for Morsani College of Medicine, University of South Florida. He is the Medical Director of the Kutztown Kidney Clinic and the Director of the Metabolic Stone Clinic for Valley Kidney Specialists, PC. Dr. Fels is an Interventional Nephrologist at Valley Access Center, located in Bethlehem and is certified by the American Society of Diagnostic and Interventional Nephrology. Nelson P. Kopyt, D.O., FACP

Nelson P. Kopyt, D.O. graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency and two year Fellowship in Nephrology at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia. Dr. Kopyt was named one of the 'Top Doctors' by US News and World Reports in 2012. He is the Medical Director of the East Stroudsburg dialysis unit and Clinical Professor of Medicine for Morsani College of Medicine, University of South Florida. Dr. Kopyt is also a Fellow of the American College of Physicians. He is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Nephrology and Internal Medicine. He is also certified in Clinical Hypertension by the American Society of Hypertension. Dr. Kopyt joined Valley Kidney Specialists in 1985.

Joseph C. Guzzo, M.D.

Dr. Guzzo graduated from University of Notre Dame and St. Louis University School of Medicine. He trained in Nephrology at University of Pennsylvania. He was Chief of the Division of Nephrology at Lehigh Valley Hospital for 25 years and is Medical Director of Bethlehem Kidney Clinic. Dr. Guzzo is an Associate Professor of Medicine for Morsani College of Medicine, University of South Florida. Craig A. Mackaness, D.O.

Sharon E. Maynard, M.D.

Sharon E. Maynard, M.D. attended medical school and completed her Internal Medicine residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. She completed her Nephrology fellowship at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. Dr. Maynard is the Program Director of the Nephrology Fellowship Program at Lehigh Valley Health Network and is an Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine. She has particular expertise in the treatment of hypertension and kidney disease in pregnancy. She is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Internal Medicine and Nephrology. Dr. Kiran Goli achieved his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery degree in 2002 from Guntur Medical College/NTR University of Health Sciences in Guntur, India. Henry L. Schairer, Jr., M.D., FACP

Dr. Schairer graduated from Rutgers New Jersey Medical School and completed his internship, residency, and fellowship at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Schairer is a fellow of the American College of Physicians and the American Society of Nephrology. He is an Assistant Professor of Medicine for Morsani College of Medicine, University of South Florida and serves as the quality liason for the division of nephrology of the Lehigh Valley Health Network. He is the medical director of the Fresenius Medical Care Allentown dialysis clinic. He is a FAA-designated aviation medical examiner and welcomes pilots in need of second and third class medical certification. Dr. Schairer joined Valley Kidney Specialists, PC in 2003 and is Board Certified in Nephrology and Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
